President Words

Foreword from Managing Trustee

Another year has passed in our relentless pursuit of effecting positive change in the socio-cultural landscape of West Bengal, particularly in uplifting the underprivileged sections of society. As I reflect on our progress, I am pleased to share our achievements during the challenging year of 2021-22, a period that presented us with both new and familiar obstacles. Proudly, RECT successfully navigated through these challenges, thanks to the unwavering support of all of you who stood beside us in this endeavor. I express my heartfelt gratitude for your collective strength and commitment.

In addition to our ongoing efforts, we confronted unforeseen challenges, notably the severe threat posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Through timely and decisive action, including the distribution of emergency relief and hygiene kits and conducting awareness campaigns, we were able to make a meaningful impact in aiding those affected by the pandemic.

Nevertheless, the path of social welfare is unending, and challenges continue to evolve over time. We remain steadfast in our commitment to addressing these challenges and contributing to the creation of a happier and healthier society, giving our all to the cause.

To our esteemed partners, team members, and well-wishers, your support has been invaluable, binding us in a strong bond of love and trust. No words can adequately express our gratitude. RECT will forever remain indebted to you, and we anticipate your continued support and guidance in the years ahead.

With warm regards,

Najarudin A. Mathakiya
